How do you load a Sato Kendo 26 pricing gun?

Step 1. Open top catch for reel holder.

Step 2. There are 2 catches. One on either side of the machine. Pull these back. This will open the door at the bottom of the machine. This is where the labels are going to go.

Step 3. The machine is capable of taking different sizes of labels. One of them being rectangular. We are dealing with the Sato 26 wavy labels. When you open the label, you will find that it is glued. Make sure to take it past this item of glue. Tear it off and discard that part, instead of forcing it through the machine.

Step 4. Next stiffen the labels which enables it to go directly through the machine.

Step 5. Onto the reel holder, close this. This stops you dropping the labels onto the floor.

Step 6. Pull them forward through the machine and close the door again.

Step 7. Do not be tempted to thread it through any other areas. Put the labels through the bottom part of the machine. Apply pressure and feed into the hole. This is indicated by an arrow saying ‘labels’.

Step 8. Pump the handle. This will catch hold of the label and drag them through the machine.

Step 9. Once through to the backing paper and there are no more labels on the back, that’s when the machine will start working properly.
